If you live in an area where theft is a concern, you can choose to have your package sent to a local post office with the “signature required” option at checkout, ensuring it is securely held until you pick it up.

We will only re-issue an order under these conditions:

  • The address provided was incorrect, and you update it with the correct one.
  • Tracking shows the package was delivered to the wrong city or mistakenly returned to us.

For added peace of mind, you can select the $2.50 “signature required” shipping option at checkout, ensuring only you can collect your package from Canada Post.

  • Shipping is free on orders over $99 (before taxes and discounts).
  • A $25 shipping fee will apply to orders under $99.
  • We provide Express 1-3 day shipping across Canada.

  • Orders placed on weekdays and paid for by 9:00 AM PST will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 9:00 AM PST will be processed the next business day.

  • Weekend orders will be processed and prepared the same day, but they will be shipped on the following Monday, as Canada Post does not operate on weekends.

“What payment methods do you accept?”

Our preferred payment method is Interac e-Transfers (commonly known as ‘e-transfers’).

While shipments are dispatched around midday, tracking details may not be sent until later in the afternoon.

All packages are processed at the post office by 3:30 PM PST. There is no difference in arrival times whether a package is dropped off in the morning or afternoon, as long as it reaches the post office by 3:30 PM PST.

“Can you guarantee my package will arrive after ordering?”

We recommend using a secure mailing address where you can safely receive your package. While rare, issues like missing packages can occur. If your package goes missing, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the situation.
